Dipping or spray washing can be preferred for surface treatment. In painting booths and equipment, monocyclone or filter type booths are preferred according to part size, line speed, desired dry film thickness and recovery process. Depending on the prospectus of the powder coating used in the curing ovens, convection type, IR or UV systems can be preferred. Our main goal in facility design is to ensure that our customer can achieve the highest quality painting with the lowest cost and the highest painting capacity.
