SURFACE TREATMENT LINES

In industrial painting processes, regardless of powder or wet application, the first stage of the process is the surface treatment stage. At this stage, it is aimed to cover the surface with anticorrosive coatings (Phosphates - Chromates - Zirconium) before painting after cleaning the formations such as oil, rust, slag on the part to be painted, which are caused by the production stage or the structure of the material. Although the number varies according to the type of material and the desired corrosion resistance, it should generally consist of at least 5 stations. These are respectively;

SURFACE TREATMENT LINES

  • Degreasing
  • Rinsing
  • Coating
  • Rinsing
  • Passivation

According to the need, additional baths such as Pickling, DI Rinsing can be included. As for the washing system, it can be designed as immersion type or spray washing type based on the requirements, the space available for the paint facility, the form of the material, and the capacity.
During the design phase of the painting facility, the information received from our customer is carefully evaluated by our expert teams, and the most suitable surface treatment line is positioned within the facility and designed from every aspect. This ensures both an aesthetic appearance to the painted material and provides maximum corrosion resistance.

SPRAY TYPE SURFACE TREATMENT LINE

SPRAY TYPE SURFACE TREATMENT LINE

It is a pressurised washing unit used for phosphate, chromate or Nano Ceramic coatings to increase the corrosion resistance of the painted part and to better adhere the paint to the surface of the part before painting.
