Surface Preparation: Before the industrial painting process is carried out in VHS Teknik, the surface of the product must be properly prepared. This step includes processes such as cleaning, sanding or acid cleaning of elements such as oil, dirt, rust on the surface. This allows the paint to hold better.
Primer Application: After the surface is prepared, a special coating material called primer is applied. The primer forms a smooth layer on the surface and ensures better adhesion of the subsequent paint layers. In addition, primer reduces paint consumption with its absorbency on the surface.
Painting: After the primer, paint of the desired colour is applied to the product. Paint is usually applied by spraying, but different painting techniques are also available. Paint can be applied in more than one layer and each layer is allowed to dry for a certain period of time.
Drying: After the painting sites, the product is dried under special drying conditions. This ensures that the dye is completely hardened and the product is ready for use. Different colourants and painting techniques may require different drying conditions.
Varnish or Protective Coating: Some types may have a protective lacquer or coating applied over the paint. This makes the product more glossy and durable.
Quality Control: After the industrial painting process is completed, the products are inspected for quality control. Any defects, stains or deficiencies in the paint are removed. The distribution of the products is checked and reprocessing is ensured.
